2. Send us your signed forms

Fill out the registration form, sign the contract and the refund form and if you worked in the United Kingdom of Great Britain or in Ireland, attach the original P45 or P60 form, and, if appropriate, a payment slip. If you were employed in the Netherlands, attach the Jaaropgaaf form or your final payment slip.

3. Wait for your tax refund

1. Within 24 hours of receiving your forms, we will process your request for a tax refund, which we will send to the foreign tax office.
2. The Irish tax office usually processes a tax refund request within 2 months; the British tax office usually handles a tax refund request within 1.5-3.5 month and the tax office in the Netherlands deals with a tax refund request usually within 1-4 months. The length of the refund process is not binding and cannot be guaranteed. Each request for a foreign tax refund is processed by the relevant tax office individually. The speed for processing a tax return request depends mainly on the backlog at the tax offices. In the case of a prolongated process we will communicate with the tax offices intensively and try to ensure the receipt of your tax refund as soon as possible.
3. You will receive an official tax calculation from the relevant tax office by post.
4. After receiving the request for your tax refund, the tax office will process your tax refund, which is delivered to the bank account of TJ-Legal, or possibly by check, to your correspondence address. The tax refund can also be sent to your correspondence address.
5. We will send your tax refund to your bank account immediately after its receipt after deducting the processing fee. At the same time we will send your tax accounting to you via post.
